Př.: Zjistěte hmotnost fotonu zelené barvy.

λ_zelená= 520 – 565 nm, takže dejme tomu 550 nm

m = h / (λ · c) = 6,6·10^-34 / (550·10^-9 · 3·10⁸) = 4·10^-36 kg
